How to Register on Employee Navigator

Employee Navigator is our online tool to make your benefit elections during your initial eligibility, Open Enrollment, and throughout the year.


Please follow the instructions below to register:


  1. Go to www.employeenavigator.com

  2. Click the "Login" button at the top of the page

  3. Click "Register as a new user"

  4. Complete each of the required fields

    1. First and Last Name

    2. Date of Birth

    3. Last 4 Digits of SSN

    4. Company ID (TZH or HR will provide this)

  5. Create a username and password

  6. Review and agree to the terms and conditions
