2025 TZH Employee Benefits

What kind of benefits agency would we be if we didn't offer benefits?


The benefits below are available to employees working at least 30 hours per week. New employees become eligible on the 1st of the month following 30 days, except for the retirement program, where new employees become eligible on the 1st of the quarter following 6 months.


Employees are paid on a bi-weekly basis (26 pay periods).


Health Insurance

  • Medical (Anthem): Starting at $40/Paycheck

    • 3 Options (2 PPO; 1 HSA)

    • PPO Deductibles of $4,000 & $2,000

      • Copays for Office Visits & Urgent Care

      • Free Lab Work at Quest Diagnostics

      • Copays for Medications

    • HSA Deductible of $4,000

    • HRA & HSA Funding

  • Vision (Anthem): Starting at $1/Paycheck

    • $150 Hardware Allowance

    • Benefits Available per Calendar Year

  • Dental (Equitable): Starting at $4/Paycheck

    • $5,000 Calendar Year Maximum

    • 100/100/60 In-Network Coverage
